DIVING EQUIPMENTS
JK Subsea Engineering Pvt. Ltd. is a trusted SRP Container manufacturer and supplier, designing and manufacturing containerized diving support systems built compliant with IMCA D018 and D040 guidelines. It gives supervisors a comfortable, safe workspace equipped with a 3-Diver Air Panel, breathing air cylinder quads, and a human comfort system built for extended offshore use, making it a reliable containerized dive control room for commercial diving and subsea operations. Along with the SRP container, we also supply related diving equipment such as diver air panels, scuba replacement packages, machinery containers, and diving fittings & valves, supplied worldwide.
Our SRP Container is a complete containerized diving support system, packed with the equipment supervisors need in one workspace.
Our SRP container is engineered for safe, comfortable, and reliable diving control operations.
01. IMCA-Compliant Design: Built following IMCA D018 and D040 guidelines for diving plant and mobile/portable surface-supplied systems.
02. 3-Diver Air Panel: A 3-diver air panel manages high and low-pressure air lines, gauges, and gas analysis for up to three divers, customizable down to a 2-diver panel with mixed gas support.
03. Breathing Air Cylinder Quad: An 8-cylinder breathing air quad (4+4, 200 Bar x 50 ltrs each) with a high-pressure gas distribution panel supplies air to the diving panel and recompression chamber.
04. Chamber Communication System: An Amron radio built into the panel keeps divers connected to surface supervisors throughout operations.
05. Programmable Logic Control (PLC) with HMI Display: Tracks technical specs, maintenance records, calibration records, temperature, and humidity, fully customizable per client requirements.
06. High Definition Monitoring System: Includes a 2-channel mobile DVR and HD displays for continuous visual monitoring of divers.
07. Human Comfort System: The container prioritizes comfort and ease of use for supervising personnel during long offshore shifts.
08. Color-Coded Diver Panels: Each diver panel is color coded (D1, D2, D3) for quick, error-free identification during operations.
Our SRP container supports commercial diving and offshore operations that need a self-contained, portable control environment.
Offshore Diving Support Vessels: Provides a dedicated control room for managing diver air supply and communication at sea.
Commercial Air Diving Operations: Supports 2 or 3-diver teams with a fully equipped air panel and cylinder quad.
Recompression & Decompression Support: The breathing air cylinder quad supplies air to recompression chambers when needed.
Offshore Oil & Gas Projects: Used on platforms and support vessels for inspection and maintenance diving work.
Marine Construction & Salvage: Provides portable diving control for construction and salvage diving projects.
Mixed Gas Diving Operations: The 3-diver panel can be configured for mixed gas diving support.
Our SRP Container is built around two core systems: a breathing air cylinder quad and a 3-diver air panel, both designed to IMCA standards. The cylinder quad holds 8 cylinders (4+4) rated at 200 Bar x 50 litres each, plumbed with stainless steel tubing, high-pressure valves, gauges, and 2 Tescom regulators, with 4 cylinders feeding the diving panel and 4 feeding the recompression chamber. The 3-Diver Air Panel, designed to IMCA D023 and certified to IMCA D018, is customizable into a 2-diver air panel with mixed gas support, and includes high-pressure, low-pressure, downstream, and pneumo supply lines with gauges, an oxygen and CO2 analyzer, a flowmeter, an Amron radio, a Tescom regulator, HD monitoring, a PLC with HMI display for maintenance and calibration tracking, a DP status alarm, a 2-channel DVR, and a backup box, with each diver panel color coded (D1, D2, D3) for quick identification.
