Our Machinery Container is built around an LP and HP breathing air compressor set, a breathing air filter, a breathing air cylinder quad, a pressure reservoir tank and a hydraulic power unit, all designed to IMCA standards. The LP Breathing Air Compressor (Ingersoll Rand 15T and 15TNLX) delivers 14 Bar outlet pressure and 37.4 cfm free air with a 15 HP motor. The HP Breathing Air Compressor (Bauer Mariner Series) charges cylinders at 320 lpm up to 420 Bar. The Breathing Air Cylinder Quad holds 18 cylinders (9 plus 9) rated at 200 Bar x 50 litres each, and the Hydraulic Power Unit delivers 42 LPM at 280 Bar with a 30 HP, 415V electric motor.
