PR Executive & Client Servicing

Role Overview:
The PR Executive & Client Servicing role is integral to the success of our agency. This individual will be responsible for managing client relationships, developing and executing PR strategies, and ensuring the seamless delivery of services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in public relations, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

Public Relations:

  • Develop and implement strategic PR plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
  • Create compelling press releases, media pitches, and other PR materials.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Secure media coverage and manage all aspects of media relations for clients.
  • Monitor industry trends, news, and competitor activities to identify PR opportunities.
  • Manage crisis communications and provide strategic advice to clients during high-pressure situations.
  • Plan and execute PR events, including press conferences, product launches, and media briefings.

Client Servicing:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into effective PR and communication strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, digital, etc.) to deliver high-quality work that meets client expectations.
  • Regularly update clients on project progress, campaign results, and upcoming opportunities.
  • Manage client budgets, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports on PR campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients, identifying opportunities for account growth and additional services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in public relations, client servicing, or a similar role in an agency setting.
  • Strong understanding of PR principles, media relations, and communication strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for crafting persuasive messages.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with PR tools (e.g., Cision, Meltwater).
  • A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience in digital marketing or social media management is a plus.
