Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the PR and digital marketing landscape, along with a proven track record in driving business growth. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and helping to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities: Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries. Develop and execute strategies to approach and secure new business partnerships.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Understand their needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to develop effective sales strategies and pitches that align with client needs and market trends.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the PR and digital marketing space.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall revenue growth of the company.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports on sales activities, progress, and potential areas for improvement.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the PR or digital marketing industry.
  • Strong understanding of PR and digital marketing services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
